ZyraX Home Devices

The Zyrax Home system is built with several custom-designed devices, each created to integrate seamlessly within the platform. Below, you can find an overview of the available Zyrax Home devices.

Main Controller (Required)

This main ZyraX Home controller serves as the central interface and management hub for all connected components. It supports integration of modules such as RF sensors, automations and LED strips, with additional modules currently in development.

The controller software is cross-platform and can run on Windows and Linux systems, though a Raspberry Pi 3b+ or newer is recommended for deployment.

RGBW LED Strip Controller

This controller supports a wide range of addressable LED strips, including WS2801, WS2812B, and SK6812. These LED strips can be used to create stunning, customizable lighting effects that transform any room with vibrant colors and dynamic ambiance.

The firmware and main controller integration are engineered for flexibility, enabling personalized lighting scenes, smooth animations, and immersive visual experiences that enhance both comfort and style.

RF Devices

The main controller is compatible with a 433 MHz RF receiver module. If the main controller does not include an RF receiver, the Bridge is required to receive RF signals.

The system supports a wide variety of RF devices, each optimized for its specific function. An overview of the supported device types is provided below.

Door & Window sensors

These sensors detect when doors or windows are opened or closed, enabling a wide range of automated actions. They can trigger interactive lighting, notifications, or serve as alarm triggers for enhanced security.

All 433 MHz sensors with open/close RF codes are compatible. A list of tested and verified sensors is provided below:

Motion & Presence detection Sensors

These sensors sense movement in a space, allowing automated responses such as turning on lights, sending alerts, or activating security alarms. They provide an easy way to enhance both convenience and safety in your home.

Smoke Detection Sensors

These sensors detect smoke or signs of fire, enabling automated alerts and safety actions. They can trigger alarms, send notifications, or activate emergency lighting to help protect your home and its occupants.

Remotes

RF wall sockets allow you to remotely control connected devices with ease. All compatible RF wall sockets can be integrated, enabling automated schedules, scene activation, or on-demand control for enhanced convenience and energy management.
